This is an appointment request, please allow 24 hours to receive a confirmation email. A credit card is requested before scheduling. The service is not charged before the time of the appointment, but we do require a card on file for our cancellation fee policy. If you are having trouble using the online scheduling system, please give us a call (847) 271-4206.

Rescheduling/Cancellations/No Shows

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out via text 48 hours in advance.

If an appointment is rescheduled, missed, cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a $50 fee is charged before the appointment may be rescheduled.

To avoid this from happening please reschedule/cancel your appointment before the 24 hour window. Cancelling outside of our business hours is acceptable as long as a voicemail or email is received. 

Running late- Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Finding parking may take some time. If you arrive after your scheduled time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service.

Sick- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to feeling sick, we ask that you provide a doctor's note to waive the fee. 

This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time and other clients. In return, we promise to try and keep our appointments on time and give you our full and undivided attention.
